What is a Meal Plan?
A Meal Plan unlocks delicious meals, coffee, snacks, and more, at 6 locations across campus. Your Meal Plan includes Meal Swipes and Declining Balance, conveniently loaded onto your Student/Campus ID. No need to carry additional cards or cash!
Meal Swipes
Meal Swipes give you access to our all-you-care-to-eat dining hall, the Blue and Gold Dining Hall.Declining Balance Dollars
DB Dollars may be used at any SAU Dining location. Visit our SAUDining.com or location information, including dining hall menus and hours of operation.
Meal Equivalency
The Meal Equivalency Program makes it possible for students with meal plans to dine with their friends at Muleriders Café without spending additional funds. Students with the Silver, Gold, or Platinum Meal Plan may use one Meal Equivalency swipe per meal period at the Mulerider Café. The Meal Equivalency has a set $9.00 value for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that allows students to cover a portion or all of their meal using that value! Managing Your Plan
There are three ways you can check your Meal Swipes and Declining Balance Dollars balance:
- Use check balance on this website.
- On your receipt after a purchase at any dining location
- Visit the meal plan office in 1st floor of the Reynolds Building, open Monday-Friday 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
